Refund policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, there can be no exchanges. But, if you have an issue with your product or purchase I will do my best to work with you on a solution.
Please keep track of your product as some products are heat sensitive. We are not responsible for products left in excess heat.
Body Butters are made up of pure butters and oils, like Mango and Shea butters. These have a melting point which in the summer time is easily met. Please do not leave Body Butters, Hair Butters or Balms out in extreme heat. Unfortunately, there is no refund or exchange on melted product. If your Butter does melt, just pop it in the refrigerator and it will solidify. You will continue to enjoy all the great benefits of your Body Butter.
Please Report any damaged or missing items within 2 days of receiving your package. Send picture (s) of your product to info@AssanaSkincare.com. No claim will be honored after 2 days.
