Shipping policy
We ask that you please allow 5 days for orders to be processed and 3 days for delivery. Processing time does not include weekends and holidays. We make all items in small batches to assure freshness. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
Shipping is Monday through Wednesday to reduce your package sitting for too long.
You are responsible for any shipping fees for re-shipment. There will be a 15% restocking fee for unclaimed, refused or wrong address. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your package is picked up by the carrier, unfortunately I no longer have control. Every package shipped with Priority Mail is insured. Please reach out to the specific carrier to file a claim if need be. I will always assist you in anyway I can, please send me an email with your concern.
Please report any damaged or missing items within 2 days of receiving your package. Send picture (s) of your product to info@AssanaSkincare.com. No claim will be honored after 2 days.
